wipeout pure delta pack 1 working?

Hey, does anyone know how to download wipeout delta pack 1 out today in Japan and if so if it works on US/Europe versions of the game?

Thanks Smiths. i hate that pspupdates. they're a real tease. put everything on their site first and when it comes to actually getting files i've had real issues. tried to register 3 times. much prefer this site.
BTW, does anyone know if a newbie like me can personalise their avatar? i can't work out how to do it
