The Japanese web browser for the PSP has been updated today. It appears you can now visit any sites you wish to as it supports bookmarks, unfortunately we are still trying to get it working properly but you can visit other sites hardcoded into the browser.
You need to install the files into the /2ch_browser/ folder and your WiFi settings must be a static IP, no DHCP. I am trying the software out some more now and will post further information shortly. In the meantime you can download this release by clicking here.
