Tyne has released a new update patch for his Quake brawling mod. Here are the changes:[br][br]Older patch:[br]- Fireball has once again been rewritten and is now very effective[br]- Camera is even better now[br]- You're now able to smack dead bodies around in mid air, once the dead bodies hits the ground you're no longer able to hit it. Smacking dead bodies gives 1 mana, no experience, and does not increase your combo meter either[br]- Bugs fixed[br]- Quite a few tweaks, attempting to get the game into a perfected state[br]- Rewrote and reorganized some of the code[br][br]Newer patch:[br][br]- Vigil's grab has changed minorly, it only requires you to press ATTACK 3 times during it. The double punch is executed automatically now.[br]- Camera is once again rewritten and now works in every single engine, before it worked only in Darkplaces (oops!)[br]- Particle effects have been added for when Vigil or enemies charge up spells (looks awesome) and when an attack is blocked.[br]- Fixed minor control bugs[br]- Enemies are able to break Vigil's grab a lot faster[br]- Minor gameplay bugs fixed[br]- Gameplay refined with damage value tweaks[br]- Fireball lasts longer for both players and monsters[br]- More mappers entities (note to self, give DCMad entity list updates) [br][br]Download it from this (http://www.dcemulation.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=57434&start=240) DCEmulation topic.
