PS1 saves from ePSXe to Popsloader

I recently dug up my PSP from the depths of my room to repair it in hopes to play some of my old favorite PS1 games from somewhere other than my computer or console. Currently running 3.80 M33-4, and the new
Popsloader, I've gotten Azure Dreams for example to run successfully. :)
But heres something I couldn't figure out;
How can I bring a saved game file or memory card file from ePSXe (ps1 emulator for my computer) into my psp for use with popsloader? :confused:
I've figured out most of the "homebrew how-to" on my own with the help of these forums, and DA of course, but now I need to ask for it.
Any help would be appreciated. :(
