save file transfer?

I have 2 vmu save files for fire pro wrestling D

one of which has all the english translations for the wrestlers!

the only problem is i'm not sure how to take them from a cd to the vmu... i know this can be done because brucedelexe released a cd with 4 games and tons of saves for about 100 games... anyone know how to do this?

VMU copy:
Allows you to copy any VM file and save it under the name you want. Useful for backing up a save or renaming a file so it's detected by a game from another region.
