Required Programs
Goldwave 5.0: [Here] (http://www.simtel.net/product.download.mirrors.php?id=59197)
PBP Unpacker: [Here] (http://pdc303.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/pbp-unpacker-094-setup.exe)
Atrac 3 Codec: [Here] (http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=76&s=31)
If the Atrac3 codec is unable to be downloaded, richardglenn_magic has posted an uploaded version: [Get it here] (http://www.psphacker.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=579)

Step-by-Step Guide to Create your own SND0.AT3 Files (Musical Eboots)
1.) Install all the programs/Codecs that are required.
To install the codec:
Just right click on the file called "atrac3.inf" and click install!!
OR Move the folder contents of Atrac 3 to the Goldwave directory and then run it. Screenshot of what you should have in folder: [Here] (http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b28/FrozenIpaq/HELPSCREENIE.png)
2.) Open up GoldWave and if using the trial, just exit out of the Text box thingy that appears
3.) Open your desired file (must be less than 500kbs when converted, so if it is not, you can cut it to 55 seconds, which is the 500kb mark)
4.) Click File-->Save as. Save the file in .wav format and below that select the Atrac 3 format for the Attributes (66mhz is what i selected)
4.1) A user has posted this if you are having any problems with Atrac3: Random, possibly helpful post.
If you can save your file as an ATRAC .wav file, then it is still recognizable as a .at3 file - just rename the extension.
5.) Save the file as SND0
5.1) Open up the folder with the file, go to tools-->folder options, click on the view tab and unceck the box that says: Hide extenstions for known file types.
5.2) Exit out, and click rename on the file, rename it to SND0.AT3

Installation Guide:
1.) Open PBP Unpacker and put the file in with your other files that you want.
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK PBP UNPACKER READ BELOW
-First obtain a pre-made game/program that you want to edit the background music of when it is selected under the games on your PSP.
1.) Make sure it has both MS1 and MS2 eboot files. (Both (game% and game folders).
2.) Run PBP Unpacker
3.) Click Open and go into the folder (gamename%) and upload the eboot file in it.
4.) Click extract and save it to a safe folder where it will not be mixed up with others.
5.) Click New
6.) Click on the "..." next to: PARAM.SFO and go select the file that you extracted in step 4 that is named PARAM.SFO
7.) Do the same for: ICON0.PNG and PIC1.PNG
8.) Now click on SND0.AT3 and upload the music file that you converted.
9.) Click save as and select the "gamename%" folder and replace the existing eboot file
