How to Update my firmware

At the moment I'm on 3.52-4 M33 and I want to update. I usually update when I know the firmware is secure but I havent been on my PSP in a couple of months so Im a bit behind.

Can someone give me a link to the latest secure custom firmware and a quick guide on how to update.

All firmware updates you can get here www.dark-alex.org and they include a readme file which explains exactly what to do.
The latest is 3.80m33-5 with 1.50kernel add-on well worth the upgrade nothing insecure good release.
