hi,i got this message when i run the neogeo on psp,i have found the neocd.bin file,how can fix this??thanks to all...

i saw the readme said that need to do some kind of mp3 file in a neocd.mp3 folder,i got a Alpha neogeo rom,but inside the rom folder has no mp3 file,so m i need to create the neocd.mp3 folder??thanks
