When will 2.0 ship?

I have a friend wanting to get a PSP for emulation. Is she safe getting one right now? Will it still be 1.5 or will it be 1.52? Does anybody know exactly when 2.0 firmware units will be shipped? Thanks a lot.

I was able to get a PSP with firmware 1.5 like a week ago at Gamestop.
I just walked in, looked around, made small talk with the guy working there, mentioned emulation, he was familiar a little bit (just knew that he had to look at something under the barcode and those ones play emulation), so I asked him to sell me one, and he did.

If you want to guarantee that you get a 1.5 the best way is to actually check the machine in the shop.
