IPBIN4WIN really just edits your IP.BIN, what ar you trying to do, create an IP.BIN? You can do that with SiZiOUS' IP.BIN Creator, which you can download that from this location (http://sbibuilder.dc-france.com/index.php?mod=archives&ac=voir&id=60).
