Turbo Button Plugin...or something

Yeah I was wondering if anyone's heard anything about a turbo feature plugin(or something) for popsloader (or generally anything playable on the psp). I'm really hoping for one that I can use in my ps1 games but something that would work for psp games as well would be interesting.

Side note to anybody with the know how:
How difficult would it be to make a plugin to run music over the game's music? Something to the effect of running winamp while playing a pc game?

Well, there is already a plugin that lets you play music over a PSP game/homebrew (If I recall correctly, it can mute game audio if you want it to too), here (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=76396)

Unfortunately, that plugin doesn't work with pops. As for the turbo plugin, it's a good idea but nobody seems to have gone with it as of yet. Or at least, if they have, it's slipped by me :)

Can you use the music prx for anything higher than 3.71 m33 (like 3.71 m33-3 or even 3.80 m33)?

And has anybody heard of or used IR Shell?

I know CWcheat lets you have turbo buttons, even in pops...I think
