I Got my Dreamcast a few months ago actually, but i wanted to know, any good Homebrew?

I love my BOR Collection from DCEMU. I'm going to buy Donk when it's out, and Cool Herders later. I wonder anything good out or comming out besides, Giana's Return, which looks good, and anything besides Emulators?

Also, I'm Starting Dreamcast Programming, i got my enviroment set up in windows, but What's Recommended to program, SDL or Direct PVR Access? Also is there anything like Irrlicht Ported yet? i heard that holly 3d engine is close but haven't heard from that.

Here's a list I made a while back:

I would point you to DCEvolution, but our site is offline due to an attack by hackers. Anyway, here's my round-up on some of the most interesting releases during the past few years:

- Hope you got "DownThemAll" installed, you will need it....

In news of non-Japanese commercial scene releases, we saw releases of Last Hope (a NeoGeo shmup) and Cool Herders:
http://www.lasthope.ngdevteam.com/
http://www.harmlesslion.com/
Both are at least as good as Maqiupai, Inhabitants and Feet of Fury; for which DCEvolution released a compilation of all the long lost Feet of Fury swap discs: http://dcevolution.netfirms.com/downloads/hosted/fofswap_4in1.rar

Here's an exclusive demo of the commercial version of Cool Herders:
http://www.harmlesslion.com/zips/CoolHerders_DJ.zip

...which brings us to the freeware stuff:

In 2005, Patbier and Poche released demo v3 of Alice Dreams and announced Dynamite Dreams (http://dcemulation.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=95115) for this year:

I've released initial versions of my DEP compilation series of which I hope to do more in the future:
http://dcevolution.netfirms.com/downloads/emulation/NesterDEP_v11.rar
http://dcevolution.netfirms.com/downloads/emulation/S8DEPv1b.zip
- The later features the excellent SMSplusDC by Pascal Bosquet and Heliophpobe.

In late 2005, Scherzo released NesterDC SE, an impressive update to Takayama Fumihiko's last release. If you don't use all features and stick with a smaller selection of your favorite games, this emulator will provide you with an excellent NES experience:
http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/index.php/Main/NesterDCSE
http://www.sch3rz0.com/nesterdcse/
http://www.sch3rz0.com/nesterdcse/download/NesterDCSE_2005-12-10.zip

In 2006, BlackAura and Warmtoe released GenesisPlusDC. The emulator runs full speed with decent compatibility and VMU saving:
http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/index.php/Main/GenesisPlusDC

In other emulation news, Chui and Fox68k released many excellent M68k based emulators; the probably most notable one being Neo4All/CD, a great full speed NeoGeoCD emulator:
http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/index.php/Main/Neo4All-CD

- I'll probably polish this list up a bit and sticky it soon.
