That is not a method on how to make a pandora's battery without a CFW psp, its a link to an all-in-one installer that contains modified sony code (illegal to distribute) and a crappy guide to hard-modding a battery when just buying a tool battery makes more sense.

Team C&D could have released the method to work that way, but they are intelligent and know its both illegal and begging sony to get lawyered up against homebrew sites/communities. You need the already-downgraded PSP because it is able to use their code to create the files while still being legit.

Please don't link to copyrighted files here at DCEmu. Find someone in your area with a PSP and make a new friend as well as downgrading your PSP.
