Lik Sang (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=6022&lsaid=219793) gave me the opportunity to review the Power Charging Cradle (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=6022&lsaid=219793) heres part of that review:

The PSP with its low battery life and a screen you want to protect at all times leaves you with a problem of where to charge it and safely too, the power cradle is a strong plastic holder for the PSP that will give it a comfortable place to sit whilst you let it charge, the non slip bottom means that its unlikely to be slipping around on most surfaces. i found the angle that the PSP sat in the cradle to be of use for watching movies/UMDs on.

Hmm, noticed you said it didn't come with any leads. I guess thats liksang only, because I bought this same cradle from ebgames and it does come with a usb charger cable for a measly $10, although I only used it for a bit because for some odd reason it overloaded my usb port. I don't bother with the cradle anymore either, Mostly because its unsafe, I was having nightmare's of my cat or some clumsy person or even myself bumping into the desk and it toppling to the floor. Back into the logitech case it goes.
