New version of the Windows API emulator (http://www2.winehq.org/site/download) for Unix.

Chnagelog:

* Stubs for all the d3dx9_xx dlls.
* Several graphics optimizations.
* Many installer fixes.
* Improved MIME message support.

Runs Call of Duty 4 at 100+fps on good systems.

On my system, Ubuntu 7.10, 120+ fps. SLAP!
