I just started reading some of the comics on my hard drive using my PSP. It's absolutely great! Just extract the cbr file using winrar, and use something like MIR.NET image resizer with a fixed width of about 600, and use the jpeg viewer found at this site. I find that showing the whole page makes the text a bit too small, so about 75% of the width of the page shows up on the screen.
