need some help with neo-cd emu

i've got the nes, genesis and tg16 running on the psp. the neo-cd is a lot harder, where can i get a how to guide? i read the readme.txt file that came along with it and it mentions a neocd.bin (bios). where was i supposed to get that file? it didn't come with it

Not information you can find in these forums, people don't like talking about it cause of the legal maters. Just google search it I'm sure you will run into it.
