Ok, I have one major question. Does the Independence Hack allow you to run code from a USB device once installed on your memory card. I have been doing research, but I haven't had any clear explanation of it.
And, can the knife swap work without a Gameshark or Action Replay?

Well, I think I'm done with hacking my Playstation2. I accidentally put the disk tray off track and had to remove the precious and long expired warranty seal that prevents you from opening the console. Luckily, there were no more problems and it was a quick and easy fix. To think I wasted a CD-R... =(

Here's a tip to all you new hackers out there: the knife swap is total bullshi. Buy swap magic and get the slider.

Yeah, you can run programs off of a USB Drive, but sometimes they get a little fidgety. Also, some programs (Like InfoNES) may not allow you to browse the USB drive for ROMs and such. It really is something you have to test for yourself in many cases.

When you're in uLaunchELF, use the File Browser to navigate to the 'mass:/' drive. That'll be your USB device.
