Foreign language text file (help plz)

I have and did massive online search on so many forum, did google, and still found nothing.

I am a foreign language learner and hoping to view foreign language text file on PSP (chinese and japanese).

I have tried the JPEGreader, it only works with english text file but not other languages.

Asked the winpsportal creator since his program has text viewing property but he said he doesn't know if it works or not (I don't have a psp yet)

Any expert know a way to help me out here ?
