I doubt it, if you have a PSP Phat, then download the 1.50 kernal add on from DA's site for your firmware.

If its a slim, then download this program:

the 1.5 kernel should be treated as an add on to the firmware so no you don't have it.

dark alex site will have it for your firmware if you have a phat psp :)
