In hope for someone to answer the age-long question and problem I have had for years about one of my precious artifacts... The Pioneer CLD-A100, which is a laser disc player which has a genesis cartridge slot in an expansion port that fits inside the front face of the unit, and also the laser disc tray can support Sega CD games as well. My problem is even though the expansion drive for the cartridges is universal, I have read (and experienced) that the lasrdisc/cd drive is not. Having a huge lot of Mega CD games that won't play in this device has been quite discouraging for many years, and I was hoping someday that I could resolve this problem with some type of internal modification or boot disc... any ideas anyone
