Emulators wont work

I've tried several times to get emulators on my PSP but, as soon as I try to start them up the say

The game could not be started.
(80020001)

can some please tell me wut is going on???? :(

You dont know how many times I heard this very same question:p

On your psp menu screen. Go all the way over to the left. it looks like a little tool box.
Go down till you reach system settings, hit the x button to go into system settings.
Go to the icon that sais system information, Hit the x button again.
Where it sais system software. If it doesnt say Version 1.00 or version 1.50
You cant play homebrew. What does yours say bro ?

shadowprohet, very true, but you might also try reformatting the stick and copy/paste everything all at once because sometimes if you drag one folder after another to the stick, I have heard of data being corrupted that way (and it happened for me too) :cool: I hope this helps

To run emulators on a 1.5, do the following:

1) Locate the search button on this forum

2) Use the search button to find any of the hundreds of threads about 1.5 homebrews
