More progress on the upcoming PlayStation 2 emulator for Windows.

XCSS (Xeon Central Sound System) emulates a little bit sound (very unstable and buggy) in the central-processing-mode. The pings are quite terrible. Thanks to lateit anyway - the sound works now ;).
With enabled sound, we get very low FPS. The sound unit needs more attention :P.
I will reply if there are any changes.
