Hi! I was wondering if it is possible to make Pandora's battery and memory stick in 3.90 M33, if so could someone please instruct me on how to do so?

No.
Despertar del Cementerio 4 (http://www.dark-alex.org/) will take you up to 3.80
You must manually install 3.90 from there.
