It’s looking increasingly likely that Konami’s Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D will miss its 2011 release and slip instead to early 2012.

VG247 has a roundup of a number of rumours suggesting this is the case.

Australian and French Konami reps have apparently confirmed the slippage, while the US office – much like the UK – has never officially confirmed a release date.

The PC version of Ubisoft's Driver: San Francisco will require players to have a constant internet connection.

The new was confirmed by Driver and Rabbids community developer Mathieu Willem via Twitter, according to Eurogamer.

Throughout the first half of 2010, Ubisoft faced criticism and even server attacks after it announced that many of its PC games would require constant net connections. The publisher claimed the move was an anti-piracy measure.

Gearbox has revealed an interesting piece of DLC that will be hitting Duke Nukem Forever on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this autumn.

Called the ‘Hail to the Icons Parody Pack’, it includes four new multiplayer maps, three new multiplayer modes and four new weapons. It will be free to all users who registered as Fast Access Club members prior to the game’s release.
