From the last release I've updated all the graphics (including EBOOT), fixed a few bugs and made menu navigation alot better.

    What is this?
This is a BlackJack game with a bit of a twist, like in blackjack you can hit, stand, double down and split. However this aims to help you beat the casino by helping the practice of card counting and basic strategy Whistling.

To help with the basic card counting there is a page that you can flip through a deck of cards and try to keep count, you can check to see if your count is good at any time and your also timed so you know when you've improved.

There's also the three basic strategy tables that can be viewed, these show you how each hand should be played but with the knowledge of the card count, which is also kept on the game you play, you can determin your percentages of winning more.

Then there's the actual game this is just how it could be played in a casino, there's five decks, dealer stands on 17, you can hit, stand, double down and split, five card trick counts, you have a wallet and can change your bet. But as this is to practice you can check on the running count, the true count and the basic strategy tables. A good idea for practice is laid out in counting101 (bottom link).

Ok then this is an updated version of WireWar that I done a while ago. WireWar is a little space shooter that aims to be just a quick pick up and play game, with no external graphics. You have 99 seconds to shoot as many rotating squares as you can, but you only get one shot, at a time to start with, so you need to aim well . Also the smaller the square the more points you get and more points for the moving one.

    Here some of the changes:
    • Power up, so you can shoot two bullets, if you get 500 points.

    • Another target which moves.

    • Stars in the background.

    • Sounds.

    • Screen glows when you hit a target.

    • Burst of color when you hit a target.

    • Go on and off the screen.

    • Pause menu.

    • A bit more info on the start sceen.

    Enjoy, KOR. ...

This is my game Bruce Lua its a fast pace 2D bet'um up game, with you playing as the legend Bruce Lee as you try to kicking the s**t out of Ryu. And yes I did say fast pace and yes its LUA, try it if you dont belive it.

This is my third public release of this game and i'm liking the way its going and its been a while since I made the last release so here it is V1(beta). The reason its now V1 is because as the system is now its more than likly its going to stay like this, with only a few things will be changed and theres still one or two bugs, hence its a beta.

This is whats changed since the last release:
-Added reverse images, so you can fight from each side.
-Redone alot of the in game code and hitting system.
    -Added mutch better A.I.
    -Added more moves for Ryu.
    -Added Rounds (best of three).
-Added ingame music and sound effects.
-Changed the look of the High score screen and other graphics.
    -New XMB icon and background.
-New in game background(By me )
-Redone alot of the training stuff.
    + some other stuff

Thats what I've done and this is what I want to do to it:
    -Extra characters
    -More Back grounds
    -Maybe a stry line
+ Other stuff that people want

Instulation- In EBOOT format so no need for Lua player
1.50 - just copy Bruce Lua and Bruce Lua% into the GAME folder on your memory stick
3.03 OE etc - copy Bruce Lua and Bruce Lua% into the GAME150 folder on your memory stick

    Notes:
-Just before I released this I did also have nunchuks working with Bruce but I had some memory issues with it so that'll have to wait until the next release.
-The characters are fully modable aswell(not tried), so you could change the sprites to look how you want different sizes ect. and they will still hit each other.
-Button Config - (Learn most in training)

    Square = Block
Triangle = Punch (double tap to double up)
Circle = Kick (double tap to double up)
Cross = Jump (Punch and kick avaliable)
Down = Crouch (Punch and kick avaliable)
Hold up and tap circle = Jumping kick

    Credits
This whole game was created by me i.e coding, most graphics and sounds optained, converted.
But I would like to give a thanks to Yaustar, not that he directly helped on this game but he is a great help to people like me trying to code.
And a big thanks to Evilmana.com for a great site.

    History-

Firstly sorry for the pun Bruce Lua. Ok then this is my first LUA game its taken me about a week and a half to get it where it is now and I hope to make it mutch better because at the moment only the training works, but soon I would like to develope it more into like a side scrolling beat-em up or something along those lines.
In the training you are Bruce Lee located at the shaolin temple and you have to smash the boards one by one, using differant moves, with a couple of words of wisdom from Bruce Lee as you go.
Well thats about it, one thing thoe make sure that his fist or foot (depending on if your kicking or punching) is actualy touching the board or nothing will happen. I hope you all like it and if possiable please give some feed back.
Note: Its in EBOOT form so no need to put it on the LUA player just put it straight in the GAME folder.
