XCM Joystick for Android iPhone iPad iPod Tablet Smart Phone
    Manufacturer: XCM
    Site: Buy from GoldenShop
    Price: $5.40

Overview : Choose the right stick of your choice for your favorite mobile game from a 3-piece mini stick:

Xbox 360 analog stick shape concave design, PS3 analog stick shape convex design and D-pad shape.

To use the mini sticks, a player simply sticks it in place and starts.

    Features:

    • High quality 3rd party product.
    • Works on Android, iPhone, iPad, iPod, most of the smart phones and tablets.
    • Comes with 3 buttons -
      1. XB360 concave analog stick design
      2. PSX3 convex analog stick design
      3. D-pad design

    • Add a real physical mini joystick to your smart phone or tablet.
    • Works with most of the games.
    • Won't damage the screen.
    • Comes with suction cup - easy to attach or remove.

Quality/Usability : Trying to play games using the on-screen joysticks is not the same. It doesn't feel comfortable after awhile. So XCM has released a joystick that attaches to your devices screen via suction. This offers a real physical mini joystick while you pay your games and it won't damage your screen as well.

There are three different buttons. Concave which is similar to Xbox 360 controllers, convex which is similar to PS3 controllers and a D-pad for games that has directional movement. You're most likely going to be using the d-pad and the other button is your preference on whether or not you want to use concave or convex button. You might even want to use both and not the d-pad.

The design is sturdy. Once the joysticks are attached to the screen, it won't move or fall off. As mentioned before, it won't damage your screen either because there is not sticky residue or anything permanent. To apply, simply pause the game, place the joystick over the on-screen controls and push down so that the joystick suctions to the screen. Want to remove it? Just peel up the suction cup and lift the joystick up. That's it.

Here is a video of it in action:

Conclusion : Overall, the joystick is a must have if you play games a lot on your smartphone or tablet devices. Its easy to install and easy to remove. The price is also very affordable at under $6. Just to remember to remove the buttons when you're done playing or it will be in your way.

XCM Tattoo Unisex Touch Winter Warm Gloves for Smart Phone Devices
    Manufacturer: XCM
    Site: Buy from GoldenShop
    Price: $8.99

Overview : You might have come across the problem to use the touch screen mobile in winter? XCM tattoo phone glove made just for iPhone, iPad and similar touch enabled device, it made of high quality material and built in the conductive contact place on the fingertip of the gloves (capacitive tips for thumb, index finger and middle finger), guaranteed to keep your finger snug and warm on that cold windy day, the XCM tattoo phone glove has a cool tribal tattoo design and almost always eye-catching.

    Features:

    • High quality 3rd party product.
    • Made of high quality material and built in the conductive contact place on the fingertip of the gloves (capacitive tips for thumb, index finger and middle finger).
    • Works on smart phones, tablets or other touch screen devices.

Quality/Usability : Ever tried to use your smartphone or tablet in the blistering cold where your fingers freezes? What about trying to use your phone with your gloves on but nothing registers or your gloves are just too bulky?

XCM has a glove that allows you to use your smartphone, tablet and other touch screen devices without freezing your fingers.

The glove is made of soft cotton/polyester material. From what I can see, it comes in one size and one color only. It does have 2 different tribal designs to choose from. In regards to size, I'm 5' 9" and I think I have average size hands and it was a bit snug but did stretch enough that my fingers were at the tip of the glove.

On the thumb, index and middle finger, there are three conductive contact place on the fingertip of each glove. This allows you to swipe, select and even zoom in or out.

Does it protect your hand from the cold and blistering wind? Yes. But don't expect it to be winter gloves where you can use it to throw snowballs. One thing I did notice was that if your hands get sweaty, the moisture will come through the glove and leave wet marks on your device.

Conclusion : Overall, the gloves work fine. I didn't have any problems with it not swiping or pinch zooming. It would be nice if the gloves ran a little bigger or at least offered 2 sizes (S/M and M/L).

With Windows Phone 8.1 now free, we may start seeing more announcements like this: Verizon's just put the Samsung ATIV SE handset up for pre-order. As we saw in an earlier leak, it's essentially a high-spec Galaxy S4 with Windows Phone 8 (not 8.1) instead of Android. Though that's been superceded by the Galaxy S5 on Android, the internals are still not too shabby, especially for a WP8 handset: a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU, LTE, 2GB of RAM, a 16 13-megapixel camera and a 2,600mAh battery. Naturally, Samsung's also thrown in its own goodies whether you want them or not -- though some, like the TV remote control app, actually look useful. Verizon says it'll ship them out by April 12th at the latest and, if you go for one at $200 on a two-year contract, you'll even get a second for free.

Even though the VAIO Flip 15 and 13 are both pretty solid PCs, some people might find one to be too big and the other too expensive. To alleviate this, Sony introduced the VAIO Flip 11A, an 11.6-inch laptop with the same Yoga-like designas the other, larger Flips. Available now for $799, Sony' newest convertible ships with Windows 8.1 and is powered by Intel's 2.16GHz Pentium N3520 CPU. What's more, there is also that included copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, a 1,920 x 1,080 IPS screen, NFC support and 128GB of solid-state storage alongside 4GB RAM. It appears Sony is only selling its Flip 11A in the US at this time; that said, let us know in the comments if you see it up for grabs elsewhere. Or maybe it's all part of the company's new business plan.

ASUS, like many other companies, took to CES 2014 to introduce a number of new products. Among these was the often-leaked VivoTab Note 8, an 8-inch Windows 8.1 tablet with support for Wacom pen input. If you were remotely intrigued back then, it looks as if Microsoft has now (quietly) placed it up for grabs in the US. Currently, Redmond's online store is selling the 32GB model of ASUS' VivoTab Note 8 for $329, which is slightly different than the $299 price tag it wasannounced with in Las Vegas. Strangely enough, there's also no apparent sight of the 64GB flavor, which makes us think that this Bay Trail-powered, pen-friendly slate may have been listed ahead of time. Regardless, it's very much available here-- at least for the time being.

Brits who've been yearning for the Nokia Lumia 1520 will soon get their chance. The supersized Windows Phone is now due to reach the UK on December 6th, when it will be available through O2 at retail and Vodafone through the web. Third-party retailers like Carphone Warehouse and Phones4u will also stock the 6-inch flagship. While the exact pricing will vary, Vodafone will sell the phone for £80 when it's attached to a £38 per month plan and a 2-year contract; it will be available for free if you subscribe to a beefy £47 plan. The 1520 will undoubtedly be one of the more expensive handsets in the country, then, but it may be worthwhile for those who want one of Nokia's most powerful devices.

Microsoft has launched its official eBay store, offering new and refurbished Xbox and Surface products alongside accessories.
The store, which currently is only available on the American eBay site, advertises free shipping for all the products.
Among the other benefits listed is the refurbishment of products by Microsoft itself, which also include a one year warranty.
On the launch of the store, Microsoft stated: “Our customers continue to tell us they want more choice, value and service and appreciate how our stores connect them to the best of Microsoft. This delights us to no end.”
Prices are equal to that of Microsoft’s own online store – for example, a new Surface Pro with 64GB of storage is $699 on both.
Accessories offered include controllers for the Xbox 360, covers for the Surface and mice and keyboards for Windows PCs.
Microsoft has not yet confirmed whether the store will be making its way to the UK.

Verizon isn't going to let AT&T hog all the Lumia 2520 buyers this weekend -- it just announced that it will start selling Nokia's Windows RT tablet on November 21st, one day before the device is available at AT&T. Pricing will remain the same at $500 contract-free or $400 on a two-year term, but Verizon is sweetening its deal by offering a carrier-appropriate red model to online shoppers; retail customers will have to be content with black. There's no word on 2520 variants for other carriers, but it's good to know that Americans will have at least some choice in networks when picking up Nokia's LTE-equipped slate.

If you've been jonesing for that other flagship Windows RT tablet, you won't have long to wait. AT&T has just announced that it will release the Nokia Lumia 2520on November 22nd for $400 when paired with a two-year data contract. It will launch only in black, unfortunately, rather than the vibrant colors you see above. However, there is a perk if you're going all-in on Nokia hardware -- buy a Lumia 925, 1020 or 1520 at the same time and the carrier will drop the 2520's price down to $200 with a two-year agreement. If you're eager to learn more about the LTE slate, you can check out AT&T's quick tour video after the break.
Update: We've since confirmed with AT&T that the Lumia 2520 will be available for $500 contract-free, as Nokia originally promised.
