Tantric has released a new version of the Snes Emulator for Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii over at his website here and a new release of Libogc.
A Super Nintendo emulator based on Snes9x, ported to the Wii and GameCube. The code is a continuation of Softdev and Crunchy2's efforts, and uses libogc and devkitppc.

Really nice upgrade to SNES9X GX. Much more visually impressive menu that looks really slick. The new hq2x filter looks quite nice, but sadly slows the game down a bit. It makes the scrolling choppy from what I can tell. Hopefully it gets more optimized, because sometimes I enjoy making games look different/better. Anyway, well worth a download.
