sweet, bit of a fat version of the psp but its definately on my to buy list
China's Green Apple company recently released the latest addition to its APOD line, the AP3100. The device has a 3.6-inch color LCD, SD card slot, and 1.3MP camera, and supports MP3, WMA, and FLAC, JPG, GIF, BMP, AVI, DivX, and XviD. The AP3100 doubles as a Super Nintendo emulator that allows playback of games gleaned from the Internet!
The 4.72" x 2.56" x 0.67" wonder seems to be packing 512MB of memory, but can be added with 4GB SD cards.
No word on price or availability yet, but it shouldn't be too hard to find at an import shop once it hits the shelves.

What's the resolution of the screen? I went poking around that site but I couldn't find any details. If it's 320x240 or less then it's not that interesting...
Green Apple aPod? maybe they should have called it the Fony Gamestation Portable (GSP). well, if its cheap i'll pick one up, but if its ove 200 smackers, i just might be forced to avoid it.
Since I'm moving to China in a month, I will try to pick this up and write a review for it (depending on how much it costs, though).
Seems very nice but i dont think im ever going to buy this and the name seems too familiar >.<
Apple Apod
secret message!
I used to have a signature here.
Am I the only one who thought "Green Apple Splatters"? Not the best name:P
As has been mentioned: what is the screen res?
As for the SNES emu, what is the compatibility? Are they using a modified Snes9X or is it completely proprietary? Is it software or chip based?
The GP2X has a snes emu too if you count Snes2X or SquidgeSNES. Still somewhat slow-ish, but there and getting better.
I wanna know the proccesor speed...and that D-pad will be nice if people can get a lot of emulators going.
unless the power is more then the GP2X. Im not buying because even though the gp2x is more powerfull then the psp it still doesnt have much growth so this machine will be forgotten.
It has a lot of pretty good features but I don't think it will ever become popular enough to be a threat to any of the other homebrew consoles though.
