I asked the same question myself. I don't think you can as it would have been in the changelog and would be a major update........

    I could be wrong however.

you cant' flash icons to 3.10 OE-A, sony remade the topmenu......so until we figure it out.....you can't...it's not just a program that will install it, and besides you can put things on the flash manually with 3.03 OE-C and above

I got a bit of a technical problem question, so if someone has a better place for me to put this, please tell me.

I recently tried flash agent f1 and it worked fine, i then changed to f2 when it came out and something weird happend. after doing some flashing [and all the flashing i do is just the topmenu_plugin to change the icons, nothing else] i noticed that in the system info pane it showed nothing for my firmware version and it wouldn't read some programs off of my memorystick. after doing a reformat and reflash back to 3.03 oec everything works fine, but i wanted to see if anyone else has had any problem like this.

the only thing i have done concerning the flash since i had installed 3.03 eoc was installed the usb host plugin, and use flash agent f1. i've gotten it back to normal, but i figured i would help troubleshoot.
