GC: Gravity-defying WipEout HD shots

WipEout in 1080p on PS3 running at 60 frames per second? Yep, that's what you'll get with WipEout HD, which will be downloadable from the PlayStation Store toward the end of the year.
Pass mince pies over four new screenshots that have been released in Leipzig.
WipEout HD features a selection of the best tracks taken from previous versions of the franchise, "meticulously crafted and fully reworked to showcase the processing power of PS3", says Sony.
It'll support Sixaxis and feature eight-player online racing too.
