VCS CheatDevice v2.4 (3.10OE-A and higher supported!)

New! OE and M33 custom firmwares supported! Tested on 3.10OE-A and 3.71 M33.
See readme.txt for installation instructions.

After installing, wait at least 30 seconds before turning off USB or pulling out your memory stick. The PC caches your changes and doesn't write them out until a while later. If your memory card gets corrupt, use "chkdsk /f X:" I advise against saving your game after using cheats. Please note that when you spawn vehicles, you are using a game cheat that will lower your criminal rating!

Awesome! I've been hoping this would happen a long time ago.. This was one of the reasons people didn't want to update past 3.03OE. Thanks for the news D0N!

Props to edison Carter for finally updating this, and a big thanks to Jas0nuk for finding the new NID locations in 3.71 so that this could be continued

Maybe I'll dust off my UMD and play this again now, never did finish it :P

I think I got distracted by either another game, or more likely it was around the time I started going on irc, all my games have stopped after that, lol.
