GBA Giant Mario quilt -- a honey of a gamer crafter project

Brian sez, "Hi there. My wife made this quilt featuring Nintendo's Mario about five years ago. The quilt is made up of 16 different fabrics (4 bit color) and is 36 columns wide and 44 rows tall, roughly 6 feet wide by 8 feet tall. It hangs on the wall in our basement gameroom."

Props to the quilt maker! Major amounts of effort and great that you've got it on show.

Also amzed at the beads stuff (I think we call them Hama beads). I'd actually just started doing that stuff with my son - he's done a Zelda from memory and I did a Pac-man ghost from memory. Great fun :-)
