Another site, ps2nfo.com, is working on their own downgrader that works through your PC! They have provided info and a beta screenshot.

Also, someone is working on a 2.00 emulator for the 1.50 PSP, so you can use the background, theme, and browser while using your homebrew! It should be released Oct. 1.

If this site doesn't allow links to a certain shady psp site, it certainly shouldn't allow links to ps2nfo, where piracy is openly discussed and encouraged.
