[help pls faulty power switch]

Hello,

need some help i tried to turn on my psp today and the power switch has gone all loose as if it has snapped inside.

i took it to the sony shop and they gave me a number to ring, they said that cause its an import i would have to pay the fee for it to be fixed(£135) so i said no.

any ideas what to do? i havent tried opening it yet, does anyone know what i will find? can i buy new power switches from anywhere?

nope the power button is all loose, it slides from 'hold' to 'on' at its own free will

the same thing happend to my psp and it is a import . i got mine fixed for 50 quid including post and parts. at http://www.ps2repairs.co.uk was very fast and would recomend it
