I got sick of having to change AA batterys all the time so i looked at my psp battery and tried a few things and found out that it works for the gp2x. a little moding to the case and i got it to fit. it works great.

Hey, thats amazing. Not many people can afford both consoles, but it'll be really useful for owners of the two. After modding it can you put the battery plastic back?

You can buy extra PSP batteries over at Lik-Sang for about $60.

i got around six hours from a charged battery. and thin i just put it back in my psp and charged it. yea you can put the AA battery thing back in there. its not to hard. i did a crappy job taking it out. i used an old knife i didnt have anything else to use
