[Need Help - Blaster Master PSX on PSP Compatibility]

I Am on 3.90 M33-2. I cannot get this game to work on any pops. I have a FULL Popsloader list, but none of them seem to work!

I converted the IMG with Simple popstation GUI 3 Beta, Lv 9 Compression.

Does anybody have a better Idea?
