[Windows Mobile Emulation]

im new to this whole world but i got my GP2X today and i was researching everything i could find about it. I found that the smartphones that had Windows Mobile OS'es were also running on ARM processors. does this mean that it would be easyier to emulate them? i wouldnt mind bein able to turn my gp2x into a cell phone with a reboot or sumthing like that... is there any motivation out there for this already?? thanks alot
