Links is really supposed to be a VERY portable web browser. technically it already exists on psp via pspradia plugin http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=110593#post110593
.. but it seems to lack the ability to bookmark and save configurations for the program.. it also has a VERY ANnOYING button scheme. Links requires very little and does a very raw, but decent job at viewing pages. I've suggested it before but i think its time someone have it a(nother) seriouse look!
