[SuperTux v3]

Scachi (http://bitmage.de/index.php?section=52) has updated his SuperTux-Port.

Heres whats new:

* Useless Menu Options OpenGL,Fullscreen und Map-editor removed.
* Better input settings
* Scrolling bugfix (the map scrolled too early, so you couldn't collect some stuff)
* The sometimes appearing Framedrop should now be fixed
* World Map bug fixed: Wasn't working correctly with the islands to the far right.
* Source Code doesn't include the graphics anymore, as they are included within the binary package anyway.
