Hi,

I've just reserved the new DS lite today and was just wondering about a couple of things.

Firstly am i right in thinking that the consoles are locked to 1 region? i.e i cannot play American games on a European console?
Is there any way of unlocking this?

I've heard that you can get some sort of cable so you can upload music to the DS if you have a flash stick?

What are these emulators and how do they work?

1) Games are not region locked you can play US games on a UK console etc.

2) To play homebrew you will need an flashcart or a USB adaptor (I recommend M3 mini sd adaptor or the Supercard Mini SD) around £50, you will then need a passcard device like the max media launcher (about £15) and a Mini SD card (1gb bout £30, 2gb bout £45 on ebay)
