[How do I burn mds/mdf games?]

Just snagged a copy of Sonic Adventure 2 and I don't have a clue how I'm suppoed to burn the damn thing. Nothing I try with Alcohol has worked so far and I don't feel like making anymore coaster.

So, can anyone help me with this?
