[Any way to rename Emulator menu options?]

I have an x-box with EvoX and a few emulators (atari, genesis, nes). Is it possible for me to change the menu option name from "Stella" to "Atari"? I am just trying to simplify it, but don't think its as simple as renaming a folder...and if its a file I need to edit, I just need help locating it.

I pretty much only want to change the name, folder paths can stay the same for all I care, but I want to change this name for about all of the emulators I have listed.

about 5 minutes after this post, I found the following link at:

Which had a link to the program which allows me to rename those emulators by edititing the default.xbe very easily!
