[HDD and Network Adapter]

I need some help. I'm gonna buy Final Fantasy Xi for my Ps2 very soon but i need some help. Im gonna buy the pack that comes with FFXI and the HDD hard drive. What I need to know is that DO I NEED A NETWORK ADAPTER TOO? PLEASE EMAIL ME AT link161@yahoo.com. I need yer help. :-/
