Ok so i have a jap PSP and i am emulating 2.82 but my X-O buttons have swapped round i have changed them when i am on 1.5 can i change them for 2.82

It must be because you have a japanese dump of the firmware.

Try the new Ultimate Installer v1.5. It'll install DevHook 0.50 for you.
