gp2x or Nintendo DS - What's best for homebrew?

Simple question. I have a DS, but the more and more I read about the GP2X it sounds more intriguing (and cheaper in the long run) for homebrew. This also spins-off other questions, though:
- all I need is a USB cable to transfer files to the beast?
- all I need is a modified version of SDL to do any coding if I wanted to?
-is there anyway this machine does multiplayer? Either through the internet or some other way?
Thanks in advance.

for the first two questions, yes indeed!
for the third, that's a tricky one. I don't see any way it could do it by itself, but there is an external board for it that has LPT, COM, and USB ports on it, which can be used to some effect.

Thanks for your answers, bro. Getting it to connect to the Internet is sort of a sticking point with me. I'm still thinking about getting one, though.

1. Yes although I recommend a card reader.
2. Yes
3. Yes it can connect to the Internet but you will need to do some work on your end to make it happen. IT is nowhere as easy as the DS.

The ds runs 67mhz and 4mb ram and gp2x 240mhz and 64mb ram now you can see how powerful is the gp2x it's the best console for homebrew, gph has released a new touch screen system called gp2x f-200 i'm going to buy it.
