On the whim of being able to sit anywhere in my house and have access to a hard drive's worth of music, videos, and games wirelessly on my GP2X, I ask: Is there a such thing as a wireless external hard drive?

Networked drives, yes. Actual standalone wireless drives, not that I have heard of.
