[Game Controller Calibration Software]

Does anyone know of any custom software that can configure game controllers used for Windows? The one preinstalled with Windows is pretty rubbish and so is the software that came with my controller.

Pinnacle's supposed to be good, but I prefer free alternatives. I haven't messed with this one yet, but supposed to allow for a lot of customization:

I've got to have a good configurator since the 360 support for Windows is a bit worse than rubbish.
