What CAN be customized in 3.10 OE?

I know that the topmenu_plugin.rco cant be customized (except with the new hacked version which is still a bit buggy) but IŽd like to know if the wave, font, etc. can be customized in 3.10 OE.

I've pretty much customized it all. It's just easier and more common with 3.03 oe-c. Well, except for the wave, i don't care about that.

It was only the icons that couldn't be customised :)
