I am planning on getting one, but I am not 100% what for. I have to see if it makes developing easier to be honest before deciding whether or not to get one.

I wanted to connect usb pads on it which ones can i use?

Can i connect the Microsoft pads?

To connect the usb accessories do i need any drivers?

I think the use of sticks and pads depends on the emulator and the game. I think you need to know what you want to play and then go find out what you can use from the information on that particular emu/game.
